Upon receiving your order please inspect it thoroughly before trying it on. Any items wired onto cardboard must be very carefully removed, do not attempt to tear it off the cardboard or you risk damaging it.


Due to the nature of the bridal business I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will not sell any hair accessories that have been tried on or worn to a customer, so a returned item can not be resold. If there is any problems with your order please convo me to see how I can help you. I want you to be happy with your purchase. I do not refund shipping costs. Absolutely NO returns on custom orders!


Any items damaged during shipping must be reported to me within 5 days of receiving the package, and shipped back and post marked within these 5 days with a return approval. This deadline cannot be extended. A photo must be provided of the item if damaged to have a return approved. The item must not of been tried on or worn. If approved, further instructions will be given on how to send back a return.


I am only human and in case of an error with your order I will make it right again for you to the best of my ability. I must be notified within 5 days of receiving the item if you believe an error has been made.


All orders approved for a return are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the exception of an article damaged while in transit or an error on my behalf.


All orders are shipped from our studio in British Columbia, Canada. Standard shipping to Canada and the USA always includes tracking and insurance, Standard International shipping is also done with Canada Post but does NOT include tracking or insurance and is at customers own risk, if tracking for International shipping is not an option at checkout please inquire for pricing. Standard International shipping can take longer to arrive to some countries with slow postal services or customs agencies such as Italy, Malta, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Israel and the Philippines but are not limited to these countries specifically. It usually takes about 2-4 weeks on average but this is NOT a guarantee, some countries can take months as mentioned above.


Shipping from one country to another can often cause delays at customs. I can not guarantee any shipping times regardless of which shipping method you choose, and I can not refund for shipping. I can guarantee that I will ship your order out in the time frame promised and by the delivery method of your choice. Always give your self plenty of time to receive your order and double check that the address you provided is correct. If you choose one of the upgraded shipping methods please include your phone number at checkout for your shipping label.


If you order at the last minute it is your risk of it not arriving in time and it does not entitle you to a refund or the right to return the item. Only Express and Priority are guaranteed shipping services by Canada Post and Canada Post will refund the shipping cost only if it does not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. * PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times range from 1-8 business days before an item is shipped after the order is placed. Please check the listing for the production time of each individual product you are ordering. Your invoice will also show the latest date it will ship out, it may ship sooner. Upgrading the shipping method only increases the transit time for delivery, it does not change the ship date or production time. No cancellations on orders are accepted after production on your order is started.

*SHIPPING


* SHIPPING TO USA

-STANDARD shipping that comes with the listings is a flat rate of $16 CAD, and is by TRACKED PACKET AIR with Canada Post. It includes tracking and up to $100 insurance only. It averages 1-3 weeks for delivery but is not guaranteed.

- EXPEDITED shipping to the US is a flat rate of $22. 50 CAD and includes tracking and insurance up to $100. Delivery averages 5-10 business days but is not guaranteed. More insurance can be added for an extra fee.

- EXPRESS shipping to the US is a flat rate of $32.50 CAD. Parcels shipped express to the US take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive and is guaranteed by Canada Post or they refund the shipping cost. Up to $100 insurance is included but more insurance can be added for an extra fee.


* SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Within Canada I ship Canada Post EXPEDITED at a flat rate of $14 CAD, which includes tracking and up to $100 insurance. Parcels can take 1-8 business days to arrive, but this is NOT a guarantee. If you need your item sooner please specify for EXPRESS shipping. Express shipping is a flat rate of $19 CAD and packages usually arrive in 1-4 business days.


* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International shipping is by SMALL PACKET AIR with Canada Post and does NOT include tracking or insurance, and it is at customers own risk, it is a flat rate of $11 CAD. Delivery times can be approximately 1-8 weeks but not guaranteed and depends on which country you are shipping to. Shipping from one country to another can often cause delays by the destination countries customs agencies. I can not guarantee any delivery times to a foreign country. Faster shipping methods with tracking are available by request and some are already available at checkout, please inquire with your full address for rates prior to placing an order.

(Tracked Packet- European Union shipping is not available in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Romania, Slovakia & Slovenia.)

* VAT FEES, CUSTOM OR DUTIES

You may be charged duty or customs fees by your government customs agency if you are ordering from outside of your country and importing in. I do not charge for these fees and it is not included in the price of your purchase. It is in no way part of the shipping costs I charge my customers. It is your responsibility to pay these charges when you receive your package if your countries custom agency charges them. I charge no sales tax on any order shipped outside of Canada.

* LOST PACKAGES

I do not give refunds for lost packages if the customer chooses not to insure them. I make sure they are safely delivered to the post office. Once there, they are the responsibility of the postal system. I keep all postal receipts, and will provide you with a copy upon request as proof I mailed it to you. If an item is insured by you, I will forward the insured amount back to you when I receive it from the post office, which can be a long wait for both of us because they do have to complete an investigation! I highly recommend adding tracking & full insurance to your order. For international customers if you would like to have your order insured with tracking, please leave me a message before you purchase saying that you would like to pay for the extra coverage, and I will get you a quote from the post office.

* PACKAGING

All items are shipped in brand new CRUSH PROOF boxes. I never use padded envelopes because of the risk of breakage! If your package or product has been damaged during shipping you must immediately let me know upon receiving the package, return approvals will not be issued later than 5 business days after receiving your order, no exceptions. I will also require a photo of the product and the box it was shipped in if damaged.

* COLORS

I do not guarantee any color matches of my products to customers gowns. If you are looking for exact color matches I suggest that you shop locally in person with your gown. Returns are not accepted and all sales are final so you must be absolutely sure of what you are purchasing is right for you. I do not ship out products for "try on" to see if colors match your dress.

Every effort is made to show product colors as true as possible through images in my shops listings, however due to the fact that every computer or device's screen may show colors differently you may not be seeing the true color of the original image. If you are in doubt please do not order until you are 100 % sure that the item is right for you.

Some color swatches of fabric or lace may be available for a small fee. Please inquire on availability and ask as many questions as you need regarding colors before purchasing
